Privacy Policy

We are delighted by your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below, we inform you in detail about how we handle your personal data.

1. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a page is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request.

This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring smooth operation of the website and improving our services.
This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

2. Data Processing for Contract Fulfillment and Contact

2.1 Data Processing for Contract Fulfillment

For the purpose of contract fulfillment (including inquiries regarding existing warranty and service claims and any statutory update obligations), we collect personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order.

Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we require this data to process your order and cannot process an order without it. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

Further information on the processing of your data — in particular regarding disclosure to our service providers for ordering, payment, and shipping — can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy.

After complete contract fulfillment, your data will be restricted from further processing and deleted after the expiry of tax and commercial law retention periods in accordance with Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or we reserve the right to further legally permissible data use, about which we inform you in this statement.

2.2 Customer Account

If you have given us your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR to open a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of opening the account and storing it for future orders on our website.

Your customer account can be deleted at any time — either by sending a message to the contact address mentioned in this privacy policy or via a corresponding function in the customer account.

After deletion of the customer account, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or further legally permissible use takes place, about which we inform you here.

2.3 Contact

As part of customer communication, we collect personal data to process your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., via contact form or email).

Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we require this data to process your inquiry. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

After complete processing of your inquiry, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or legally permissible storage takes place.

3. Data Processing for Shipping Fulfillment

To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we pass your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, to the extent necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods.

Data Transmission to Shipping Service Providers for Shipping Notifications

If you have given us your express consent during or after your order, we transmit your email address on this basis in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR to the shipping service provider so that they can inform you about the shipping status of your order.
