Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

🔁 Exchange

An exchange is possible if the desired item is available. Please select "Exchange" as the reason during the return process and contact us in advance by email.

📦 Return (Withdrawal)

• The return must be made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
• The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
• Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

Please note: If products from bundle or special promotions (e.g., "Buy 2, get 1 free") are returned, all associated items including the free item must be returned to receive a full refund.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you the purchase price of the returned goods no later than within 20 business days of receiving the goods or proof of shipment.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
• No refund fees will be charged.
• We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received by us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
• goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
• individually customized (custom) products or discounted promotional items
